Facilities Manager

We are looking for a manager who can oversee multiple teams servicing clients all over the city. You’re the glue that holds our teams together. You’ll help with managing our partners and making sure supplies and logistics are running smoothly. Must like dogs and have an eye for detail.

Crew Lead

Be a leader in the office and out in the field. You love working with people and are quick to lend a hand. You delegate tasks efficiently and are capable of lifting up to 50 lbs without assistance. Comfortable with making decisions for the team when appropriate or if manager is unavailable.

Project Coordinator

You’ll be working directly with our Operations Manager to help keep the home office running smoothly. You’ll schedule tasks and help monitor customer service requests. You’re fun and motivated to learn.

Lead Gardener

You have excellent organizational skills and have experience with plants, nurseries and landscapers. You're the Lead who the team reports to out in the field. You're great with people and can delegate tasks. Must be comfortable giving criticism and praise. You have a keen eye for design and aesthetics.

Gardener

You’ll spend most of your time out in the field with plants and the sunshine. You’ll work with a lead gardener to help bring spaces to life. Prior experience with planting, pruning, trimming and other elements of landscape production a plus.

Intern

You’re just getting a start, have a positive attitude and are interested in pursuing a career in the gardening and landscape industry. We’ll mentor you and let you float around our different teams as a general assistant as you learn the craft. You’ll have fun along the way.
